Trains & Planes Hobbies was established in 1977 to serve Houston's growing economy and increased interest in Model Railroading and Radio Control Aircraft. Over the years the interest in Die-Cast Ready Made Models of both Aircraft and Automobiles has also increased expanding Trains & Planes Hobbies into Houston's largest dealer of Die-Cast Models, including such well known names as Franklin Mint and Collector Armour.
