Story of Armour
The Armour Collection was created in 1996 by C. D. C., S.r.l.
of Milan, Italy, at the request of collectors, to develop highly
detailed die-cast military aircraft. In 1999 the Armour collection
was sold in 23 countries, and achieved throughout the world significant
sales growth and a quality reputation second to none.
The history of flight is closely connected to the history of
our times. This year's Armour collection demonstrates that military
aircraft capture the historical events, the aeronautical technology
and the human stories of the last 50 years: the P-51 Mustang,
"the Cadillac of the sky"; the F-86 Sabre, "the
MIG killer"; the F/A-18 Hornet, "Blue Angels";
